Defend Our Reproductive Rights

Call to Action

*

Join the effort to contact your representatives in the House and Senate to pass the Woman's Health Protection Act.
The WHPA passed the House in 2021 but in the Senate in February 2022, it did not receive enough votes to overcome the filibuster. Congressman Malinowski supports WHPA and so do Senators Booker and Menendez.   If passed, WHPA would make abortion legal in statute nation-wide, regardless of whether Roe is overturned.

There are reportedly bills being drafted that would outlaw abortion nationwide as well. Keeping control of the House of Representatives is paramount now more than ever.

Don't stay silent. Today it is about abortion, tomorrow it will be about LGBTQ+, same sex marriage, voting rights, and more!
