How do I vote early?

A:

On March 30, 2021 Governor Murphy signed S3203 into law. This law requires the use of electronic poll books and establishes In-Person Early Voting in New Jersey.

In-Person Early Voting allows registered voters to vote using machines that produce a voter verifiable paper ballot at designated Early Vote Centers before the day of the election in Primary and General Elections.

  1. Any registered voter can appear at any of the three Early Vote Centers during Early Voting polling hours to vote early.

  2. On General Election Day, Tuesday November 2, 2021 in person voting will beavailable at voters’ regular designated polling locations.

  3. Vote by Mail Ballots are available upon request from the County Clerk’s Office. *Once a voter applies for a Vote by Mail Ballot that voter is disqualified from voting on the machine for that election.
