The Hunterdon Medical Center is hosting a Health Care Forum to Elected Public Officials. The program which is free, will cover topics such as an overview of the Hunterdon County Partnership for Health, Comprehensive Cancer Care Program, Ensuring Quality Patient Care, Magnet Nursing and Resources, Treatment Programs and Opioid Initiative.
The event will be held Friday, May 11th in the Auditorium of the Hunterdon Medical Center, 2100 Wescott Dr, Flemington, NJ.
Registration and Coffee begin at 8:30am and the program begins at 9:00am with a welcome from Dr. Robert Cody, Chair of the Hunterdon Healthcare System Board. The 1st guest speaker will be Robert Wise, President and CEO of the Hunterdon Healthcare System. Mr. Wise will provide an overview of the Hunterdon Healthcare System and the "Commitment to Community Health."
Following the scheduled speakers there will be an Open Forum where attendees can ask the medical experts questions. Then everyone will be taken on a tour of the facilities including the Cardiovascular Center, Cardiopulmonary Rehabilitation, Emergency Department, Cancer Center and the MICU Garage. The program will conclude at 11:30 am.
