Pat Sodolak is a committee member of the Bernards Township Democratic Committee and the Admin/Leader of the Facebook group We The People NJ-07. She is a lifelong Democrat dedicated to supporting and electing Congressman Tom Malinowski and all other Democrats on the ticket. She is an active member of Empower New Jersey, an environmental group dedicated to protecting NJ from harmful fossil fuel infrastructure. She also received one of the 2021 Eleanor Roosevelt Awards, of which she is very proud.
Despite being a huge Tom supporter, Pat felt herself losing some of that 2018 enthusiasm. She recognized if she was feeling a little lost, then others must be, too. Earlier this year, she talked with a therapist friend who showed her a simple, effective technique to channel passive, negative thinking into energetic, positive action. According to Pat, "Her technique really works! I use it every day now. And I'm very excited to pass it on to others!"
To that end, Pat has been hosting Ramping Up Your Political Enthusiasm Workshops and the feedback has been positive. Pat asked me to share that she has several more scheduled and would like to invite you and your committee members to attend. Please note, that this is not a Tom Malinowski for Congress event.
